Cristina Thomas is the owner of Lash Therapy. She has been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and has transitioned that skillset over to her love of lashes over the last 15 years. She was the corporate trainer for 5 years for a big lash franchise and decided to go on her own almost 4 years ago.
